Urban Herbs makes every effort to protect the privacy of users visiting our online store. The following privacy policy explains how we collect, process and use the personal data of our users, in accordance with the requirements of Polish law and the GDPR in the European Union.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Users' personal data are collected and processed for the following purposes:

  • Public bodies
  • Authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website
  • WordPress, woocommerce and some plugins to ensure the necessary functionality of the website (to the extent required for the proper functioning of the website)

  • The cusrev.com service (Customer Tech Pte. Ltd., operating under the trade name CusRev, registered in Singapore under registration number 202406191C and registered at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. ) in the scope of handling (issuing and managing) opinions about purchased products. In accordance with the regulations of the online store urbanherbs.pl (https://urbanherbs.pl/regulamin/) and the principles described in section "9. Product opinions" in this privacy policy.

Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary to perform the activities related to them specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • access to personal data concerning you,
  • their corrections,
  • removal,
  • processing restrictions,
  • and data transfer

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are important legally justified grounds for processing, overriding interests, rights and freedoms towards you, in particular the determination, pursuit or defence of claims.
Complaints regarding the Administrator’s actions may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Service.
You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.
Personal data may be transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that they may be transferred outside the European Union. In such cases, we ensure that the transfer of data takes place in accordance with applicable legal regulations, including the use of appropriate safeguards.

6. Information in forms

The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The website collects data necessary to complete the order, including: first name, last name, company name, country/region, street, city, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, tax identification number.
The service may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
The Service may save information about the User's location and about access to the User's location if this is required to display the delivery points closest to the User (in such a case, the User is asked for consent to share the location by the system).
In some cases, the service may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user's email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process a service request, order or sales contact, register services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

8. Important Marketing Techniques

The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. The Operator applies a solution that automates the operation of the Service in relation to users, e.g. it may send an e-mail to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that the user has consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.

This information is anonymized before it is sent to the service operator so that he does not know which natural person it concerns. In particular, entered passwords and sensitive personal data are not subject to recording.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to record how you use and interact with our site using behavioral metrics, heat maps, and session replays to improve and market our products/services. Site usage data is collected using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine product/service popularity and online activity. 9. Product Reviews

The customer has the option of receiving an email with a request to leave an opinion, as well as to leave an opinion in accordance with the rules described in the regulations of the online store urbanherbs.pl (https://urbanherbs.pl/regulamin/)

Sending emails requesting feedback and processing the feedback is carried out via the cusrev.com service - cusrev.com service (Customer Tech Pte. Ltd., trading as CusRev, registered in Singapore under registration number 202406191C and registered address at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422.)

The customer submitting a review must accept the cusrev.com website terms and conditions, available at: https://www.cusrev.com/reviewer-terms.

The customer must also familiarize themselves with the cusrev.com privacy policy (https://www.cusrev.com/privacy-policy) and the personal data protection policy (https://www.cusrev.com/data-protection).

Scope of data transferred:

In order to enable the issuance and publication of an opinion, the Administrator, with the Client's consent, automatically sends the following data to the cusrev.com website:

  • Name and surname,
  • List of purchased products,
  • Order number,
  • Date of purchase,
  • Email address.

The customer may provide additional data when filling out the feedback form on the cusrev.com website

The data is sent for the purpose of carrying out the process of issuing a review by the buyer and displaying that review.

The opinions submitted may be displayed on the urbanherbs.pl website in accordance with the information provided in the form by the consumer submitting the opinion.

It is possible to leave a review without using the form received at the email address associated with the purchase. To do this, click the "Add review" button on the product page and fill out the form. The form requires, among other things, providing your First and Last Name and email address. The First and Last Name are made public and visible along with the comment on the product page being reviewed. The email address is not visible on the product page being reviewed.

When submitting an opinion via the form, the consumer may decide whether they want to provide their name and/or surname, or whether they want to remain anonymous (with regard to displaying the opinion submitted).

The rating on a scale of 1-5, the associated product, name, email address, date of the rating and the content of the rating may be transferred to Google and associated services (e.g. Google Shopping, Google ADS) in order to display this rating and data associated with it on the Urban Herbs Google business card and with Urban Herbs products visible on Google, Google Shopping, Google ADS.

10. Information about cookies

The website uses cookies.
