Returns
If you want to return an ordered item, you can do it quickly and easily!
According to the law, you can withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The time is counted from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
Please note that only factory-sealed products are eligible for return.
Return in a few simple steps:

- English version: click and download the form in English
- Submit form – You can send the signed and completed form to us at the following e-mail address: sklep@urbanherbs.pl or attach the printed and completed form to the package with the returned goods.
- Send products – Send the ordered products to the following address: Mind Consulting ul. Śliwkowa 20, 20-141 Lublin, Poland with the note "RETURN OF GOODS" – also add your order number.
You will find your order number in the order confirmation email you received from us.
Remember to pack the goods securely to protect them from damage during transport. It is best to use our original product packaging for this purpose.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned products, once we have positively verified your shipment. The funds will be refunded in the same way that the order was paid for. Unless you have agreed with us on another refund method.
We do not accept cash on delivery. – if you decide to withdraw from the purchase, return the products to us at your own expense.

Complaints
We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you have any concerns about the goods received, you have the right to make a complaint.

You can send the completed and signed form to us by e-mail: sklep@urbanherbs.pl with the subject line “COMPLAINT [order number]” or by traditional mail to the following address: Mind Consulting ul. Śliwkowa 20, 20-141 Lublin, Poland; with the note “COMPLAINT” and the order number.
You will receive a response to your complaint no later than 14 days from the date it was submitted.
